Bookings come in by LINE, by phone and from OTAs, each written down somewhere different. Two staff take a booking at the same time and both get the same room — and you only find out when the guest is standing at the desk.

Not yet. There is no automatic channel connection at the moment, so bookings from those sites have to be entered by hand — the availability calendar still guards against double bookings.
Yes — from the Pro plan you can set the business type per branch. One branch is the restaurant, another is the hotel. Sales stay separate, but the owner sees every branch in one consolidated report.
