1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or accessing the Services, you accept these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy If you do not accept, please refrain from using the Services

2 Our Services

GutePOS is a Cloud POS system for restaurants and retail, available on browser, iPad, mobile, and Desktop App, with features such as front-of-house POS, KDS, QR Self-Order, Loyalty, reporting, and back office. We may improve, add, or discontinue certain features to make the Services better

3 User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up
• You are responsible for keeping your password/PIN confidential and for all activity under your account
• You must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and are responsible for the data you enter into the system
• If you discover unauthorized use, please notify us promptly

4 Free Trial, Payment, and Plans

• We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
• After the trial ends, continued use is subject to your chosen plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime license) at the prices published at that time
• Monthly/yearly fees are billed per cycle, and you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid cycle
• Certain add-ons (such as Cloud Sync) may carry separate fees as stated
• Prices may change, with reasonable advance notice from us

5 Acceptable Use

You agreenotto use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of others' rights
• Gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or attempt to breach the system
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Use the Services in a way that places undue load on the system or affects other users

6 Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content of the Services are the property of GutePOS. Using the Services grants you no ownership rights. Store/business data you enter into the system remains yours

7 Personal Data

The collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Each store's data is stored separately and securely encrypted

8 Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep the Services stable and available, but do not guarantee they will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services

9 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may cancel your account at any time, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, posting the latest version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand
